S Brake is an unknown quantity at this point
40 MPG on first try.

We bought our fit on sept 11th to replace my wife's 1999 A4. It is a black 2007 AT Fit sport with 8400 miles. She drove it to Dallas from Lubbock and was able to get 36 MPG even with a few hiccups along the way.
I drove it back and on my first extended drive in the Fit I got 40.92 MPG! I didn't have the AC on because it wasn't all that bad, not even sure what pressure the tires are at either. I just set the cruise at 72 mph and hoped for the best. 363.7 miles on 8.887 gallons.
I freaking love this car!

I imagine it's pretty flat where you live. :P

I would kill for that kind of mileage but it just can't be done in SoCal, at least the places I drive.
