Flash drive compatibility.

I just bought a USB drive (Sandisk Cruzer micro 16gb) to try out the USB feature on my new Fit. As I read the the manual further it says memory devices with security lockout features won't work. The Sandisk drive mentions a security password.
Before I open the package and can't return it can anyone tell me if the password is something that can be turned on/off, or is this disk just not going to work?

holloway2006 will become famous soon enough
It should work fine. I have a 4gb Sandisk Cruzer Micro and it works great on my Pioneer HU. The lockout stuff is just the software that comes preloaded on the flash drive, so if you just format it you'll be good to go.
