Painted Headlights (Black on TW)
So I finished painting the inside of my headlights flat black yesterday (would have been able to do the whole thing in a few hours, but the heat gun took a shit).
I am thinking about offering the service of painting headlights. Cleaned the car last night and no fogging or condensation. We're good.
Let me know what you think.

Krylon. I used plastic primer first and then two coats of flat black Krylon spray paint.
Thanks Chris! I really like the look of the tinted windshield too!

Very nice!! Was it really hard to open the housing? I did some taillights before, but went the dremel route instead of the heatgun method.

It wasn't too difficult to do. Heat up and seperate slowly. This was the first time, so we learned some things in case we do any in the future. The toughest part is to make sure that the inside is clean and that you don't scrape the housing on the painted part and have to repaint it!

Send me your headlights and some $ and we'll do it.
If you came to Vegas and wanted to do it yourself, I am more than happy to help you with it.

Deff. an easy and great mod. The Fit should come with black housings OEM. Way too much color on the front of the cars.
Flat black is the way to go also. Looks great.
