I didn't really notice a difference between the 195 & 205 to be honest. I would like to run 205's once I can find a 15" rim that works. I want to pick up a set of 205 Kuhmo XS for this year... hella sticky
haha I am way West, it is 11:20pm... but I am off to bed pretty quick lol, good luck on your trophy quest!

Simple purpose for this thread; to get a list together of 15" rims that are under about 18lbs but also have a +45 offset or greater for Fit owners (so, 4x100 bolt pattern only).
I can barely find any wheels that meet this specification; please post up wheels you know of with the approximate weight & offset. Wheels with anything less than a +45 available offset will not be added. If the wheel is not a 6.5" or 7" width, please also post that information.
Then there is the new Enkei Racing RPF 1 15x7 listed as $199 from tireRack.. that weighs only 9.5 lb. Offset 41 mm good for 205/50x15 lightweight tires for best performance with proper chassis setup.

lol, you guys really want me to add this wheel don't you This is the second time in the same thread it has come up! There is a thread dedicated to the cause, they are clearly one of the best lightweight options, but some members report minor rubbing. Enkei RPF1 15" 41mm 9.5lbs
I didn't list it because the offset is not at least +45, as an example there are lots of lightweight Konigs that are 40+ offset I would have to add to the list to be fair. They are certainly an option for people that don't mind minor rubbing or want to get into rolling fenders, shaving clips and cambering the wheels.
I wanted to get a list that was specifically wheels that were +45 and higher to minimize rubbing. I am not saying +45 will eliminate rubbing, but in my own experience it seems to make a significant difference. It is difficult to find wheels with this offset, hopefully this will help anybody looking for them.

I hope you take into consideration that width + offset are what contribute to clearance issues (or not). A 15x6.5 +45 rim will have different clearances than a 15x7 +45.
And yes I want you to put RPF1's on the list but I totally respect why you won't.

You probably know, but for everybody else; The way offset is measured, is from the center of the wheel. So if you run a 15x7 or a 15x6.5, wdb is correct that you will gain about 0.25" of clearance on each side. However for the purpose of this thread I am of the opinion that does not matter much because if you run a 205 on either wheel your tire will be the same distance from the edge of the fender regardless.

Mostly because if I let one +41 one in, my list is going to explode with like 50 different rims.

ssr type F! 15x7 is +48 offset, that meets the criteria! i can't find a weight for that size wheel, but i am pretty sure it's less than 18lbs. maybe someone else can verify. it also comes in a couple of other size/offset combos that could work on our cars. if i got wheels for my car, it would be these!
10.2 lbs (tirerack.com), but I am not seeing a +48 offset, only +42 there.
I couldn't find a spec sheet anywhere, Tirerack is kind of useless in that sense. I don't know why they don't like you run a search for rims that meet a criterea instead of forcing you to choose a stock car.
SSR featured this Fit with the Type-F tires, looks pretty sweet.

Where is Jim@Tirerack to comment on this? Why are +48mm offset wheels not shown for the Fit on the search? Doesn't he know that the stock offset is mid-50's? Why can't people just search for the size and offset sizes available instead of having to plug in their stock vehicle to find matches? Why the hell are wheels with +40 showing up on those matches!!!
lol, rage at Tirerack right now!!

hahaha. i've never used tirerack but when i do look for wheels i just search by size/specs. maybe they just don't want people blaming them when they get wheels that don't fit their cars lol.

Discount tire direct has shown offsets with their wheels for years. Few others, if any, offered such help.
For a long time tirerack did not state offsets with their wheels but I believe they do now. Think they depended too much on manufacturer's data on fitments.
Unfortunately, fitments of wheels has been stated by manufacturers who were sometimes more interested in sales than proper fitments. And that doesn't only apply to Fits but many others.
In any case, as has been posted here many, many times that the 'ideal' offset for Fit wheels 6 to 7" widths is 45 mm because those will permit lowering reasonably (1-1.5"). If not lowered offsets as low as 42 mm can be used.
And to stop rear sinking to the bump stops on bumps or towing AirLift shocks on the rear not only put a stop to that but also offer better handling, especially if the front bar is de-activated to counter the awful stock Fit understeer. For 09, Honda added a rear bar on Sports that does the same thing.

For those PMers:
A 205 tire on a 15x7 with 45 mm offset will extend 2.26" from the hub face. Likewise a 205 tire on 15x6.5 will extend out from the hub face by 2.26" The only difference is how far the tire section bows out from the wheel rim. Wheel clearance is immaterial as sugarphreak says
Here's the proof:.
A 205 tire is 8.07" wide and half from the centerline is 4.035" If the hub is 45 mm outside the wheel centerline the extension from the hub face is 4.035 less 1.77" (45 mm =1.77"). Or 2.265"

Yeah my favorite site for looking up specs (if they carrry the brand) is 1010tires.com. They have a sweet search engine that you can specify everything from size, weight to min & max offset, to color... like 50 options. They are missing a few weights here and there though.

I just found a motherlode of 15" and 16" rims available at +45 offset. The company is called Team Dynamics and they make competition and appearance rims, cast and forged. It appears as though they make them to order so you can specify your offset.
The Pro Race 1 wheel is available in 15x7 +45 and is touted as being the lightest cast/heat treated competition wheel available. Dunno the exact weight for each size but they start at 13 lbs and go up from there.
Pro Race 2 is available in 16x7 +45 (15.4 lbs).
The Rally 1 wheel in 15x7 +45 weighs 18.7 lbs but then they're designed to be used on gravel rally stages.
There are a bunch of tuner rims too but I didn't spend much time looking at them.
