Hubcentric Rings?

I got the hub rings I was supposed to get for my summer tires last year, but how are you supposed to install them?

You take the wheel off and just slip them into the center bore of the wheel, like so:

The hub-centric ring is the gray aluminum object right by the mechanic's fingers.

After this, you put the wheel back on. These are what mine look like with the HCRs installed.

Hope this helps!
