Wheel spacer question...

Hey guys... I have a set of 16X7 40 offset rims on my 2007 Fit Sport. I lowered it with Tanabe GF210 springs. I want to add wheel spacers to give my ride a little more aggressiveness. What MM spacers do you guys recommend? I want go wider in the back than the front. Thanks!

Suspension Geometry

NONE… you will just make a bad situation worse!

The Honda Accessory Wheel is a 16 X 6-1/2 with a 55-mm offset. Take a look at the picture and you will see that the suspension geometry goes through the center of the contact patch.

When you installed the 16 X 7 with 40-mm offset, the wheel is wider and cannot go in because of the MacPherson strut. With the centerline of the strut already 5/16-inch inboard of the centerline of the tire, your handeling is probably already marginal.

If you add wheel spacers, you will completely FUBAR the suspension!
