This. I ordered an IC pipe for my other car, Wednesday of last week and it'll be here today... Just sucks even USPS could get it here already.

I mean, I'm not REALLY in a hurry, but if they could just throw me a tracking number I wouldn't be worried... Google Wallet keeps me in the loop, and no action since 11/23... so that's been around 5 business days... When it hits 7 I'll start asking for updates.

I see their customer service was just as outstanding for you guys as it was for me. Emailed them a question months ago and never got a response. Thought maybe it was in my spam box but alas, nothing.

We apologize for the delay of our order fulfillment and the lack of response from emailing us. We always appreciate your orders, and value your response / comments / feedback.
We had not been getting emails forwarded to us and we had not been getting order notifications (due to new hosting setup). But, bottom line: It is OUR fault.
We understand if you would like a refund, and we will process your refund immediately. We were surprised from the lack of response for our Blowout Sale! We didn’t see any replies to this post either, and now it makes sense! For those who want to keep your order, we will fulfill them as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience. We will be emailing each of you that had ordered shortly.
We are glad that you had filed a dispute with Google Checkout, which prompted an email that reached us! (Disputes are helpful!).
