noticeable ride difference with 15" vs. 16" wheels?

The 2009 Fit Base model has 15" wheels with 175 tire width and 65 aspect ratio. The Sport has 185 width and 65 aspect ratio tires.

I've read that a lower aspect ratio can mean a more bumpy ride along with increased vulnerability to potholes etc. damaging the wheels and suspension.

Is there a noticeable difference in ride between these two tires? Anybody have experience with 55 vs. 65 aspect ratios?
