Hey guys need help...

So I got this new 2015 honda fit LX about a month ago.. I was thinking of changing the wheels on it.. I like the16" alloy wheels.. So is it possible that my LX can go to 16" ? And what will the difference make? I don't like the 15" inch steel wheels at all.. Would someone would help... Thanks!

Yes the 16" rims will work. Check the for sale threads here and Craigslist, average price I've been seeing is $400-500 used or near new. A lot of people change them out.

yes, the 16" wheels will work fine but aftermarket wheels will be better. you'll have to buy tires with a little less profile, like 45 or 55 instead of the OEM 65.
If you want you can get aftermarket wheels and tires at tire rack or discount tire; choose wheels with 45 mm offset so you'll get a little wider stance. choose tires with about the same diameter as the OEM tires which is about 23.5 inches. if you choose a wider tire the diameter should be a trifle less than OEM. you can get specs, wheels, and tires specifications on tire rack.com
good luck.
