We just took delivery of our '09 Honda Fit Sport Auto, no extras, at MSRP (+Dest + DMV). Fantastic experience just about all around. Great salesperson, no bull about extras. Agreed on OTD price before we even got there.

Original agreement was on a Fit to be delivered in November. When another customer backed out last week, they offered the Fit (in our preferred color, Orange!) to us, at the same price.

We told them up front that we would be inspecting and test driving the car before taking delivery. Don't know if that helped, but they bent over backwards and then some to make sure that every piece of dust (including marks from tape which looked like scratches) were cleaned up.

The business manager got a bit snippy when we wouldn't take any of his protection package extras (and they really were WAY overpriced). But overall, it was an excellent experience, and we'd deal with them again.
