Get 12 volts cordless drill, take the battery out and hook it up in place of pump using jumper wires. If drill spins the full speed the pump is jammed and has to be replaced

Well I actually have this engine and complete setup in a custom vehicle trike. I bought both the PGM fi relays, 1 for the main and 1 for the fuel pump and pump still doesn't pump gas out. I did replace fuel lines with braided protection and I'm wondering if maybe the fuel filter is dirty or backwards. Not sure but I'm gonna keep trouble shooting.
