Engine rocking when shifting into gear

Have an 07 honda fit with an automatic transmission, replaced all three mounts, engine/transmission mounts, but every time I put it in gear the motor drops and makes a loud clunk sound, it still goes into gear and runs fine while in gear, but every time it shifts it makes a clunk sound and the motor moves, I'm stumped, please HELP!!!

Honda or aftermarket mounts?
Condition of control arm bushings?
Have you marked past location of the mounting brackets?
Any cracks in the brackets?
