Hi all, I imagine this question has been asked a few times but I couldn’t find threads that addressed it.

does anyone know why exactly the Sprintex supercharger for the L15A7/third Gen engine won’t work on the gen 1s?

is it a physical fit problem? Is it ECU/fuel/valve control related.

information is pretty thin on the actual differences between the L15A1 and the L15A7 other than the heads being different and the L15A1 having VTEC while the L15A7 has i-VTEC .

hoping someone can shed some light. I contacted Sprintex but the person that got back to me didn’t really know either.
