Control arm issue

Some time after I bought a set of recently replaced OEM control arms on Pick Your Part for the price of 2 gallons of oil,
I've placed them on the top of my desk and noticed this:

Bent arm??
The left side of arm on the left (passenger side) is much close to the desk surface compared to the driver side arm.
In order to find out if this is normal difference or some sort of damage, I went to the wrecking yard and managed to remove set of old arms from the car without suspension damage.
After finding a flat surface on the yard (a wrecked ambulance floor) I arranged the arms same way as on my desk, and noticed exactly same difference, meaning that the arms are indeed were made this way (and I would not have to worry about buying another arm).
The good thing I did not see this when making purchase, because I would likely not buy them and miss that deal!

Very fine irregular line at the fold; had same on the tie rod end boots.
