More on faulty ignition coils!

Faulty ignition coil (s)...yet again. I'm a new member on here so "hi" everyone.
last December I purchased a jazz 1.5 CVT 2007 with 135,000km on the clock. Since then, intermittent misfire when under load/ acceleration. Watched a u tube video of some dude dismantling and cleaning the ignition coils. One of mine (cylinder 4) displayed the white arcing dust/ corrosion on the inside of the bacolite plastic tube. I removed the red tip and attempted to twist and pull the lower part from the sealed upper section in oder to expose the corroded springs and electrode. Guess what!? The bacolite snapped at the point where it seals into the lower, softer spark plug tube!! Fortunately, I had already ordered a new coil pack via Lazada ( from Cosyrooms. 385 Thai baht plus post! My local LUCAS parts shop wanted 1,500 baht!!! RIP OFF OR WHAT!?).
Anyway, part arrived in post today. 2 minutes later, back on no.4 cylinder, wire connector clipped back on, screwed down, engine start and running PERFECTLY! NO JUDDER, NO MISFIRE, NOTHING! Tested on steep hill and engine is pulling perfectly. Problem cured. However, now thinking should I replace the other 3??! Hmmmm??

The old coil pack in bits! Broken bits! Be warned if you are attempting refurbishment of coils!!!
