Does anybody know where I can find information on building the stock L series in the 2007 Honda fit? I want to get some more power out of my fit but I want to know if it would be less expensive to K swap it, or go the forced induction route and beef up the motor so I can run more than 5 lbs of boost without severe knocking. Also does anyone sell a kit to convert the rear breaks to discs?

 

Timing and fuel management via a good tune will allow more than 5 lbs of boost with the stock motor. Not sure how much more, but 8 lbs easily. Maybe more. K20 will still be your best bet as long as you don't mind substantial wiring work and a permanent check engine light.
