the relay/solenoid attached to the positive cable

the relay/solenoid attached to the positive cable

Hate to ask this but I can't figure it out. I have a07 honda fit, and the little relay thing that is attached to the positive battery terminal seems to be going out due to the battery not being secured. what is this thing called? I get no power in the car until I wiggle it and then it works fine. its not the cable and it's attachment to the battery itself, but the little diode/relay thnig that attaches to the terminal with it on the positive side.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you're referring to the battery fuse. The part number is 38210-SAD-003
