swapping a 2006 honda fit A/T ecu to a M/T vehicle

Unhappy swapping a 2006 honda fit A/T ecu to a M/T vehicle

good evening guys!
does anyone here knows if i might be able to use an A/T ecu into my M/T honda fit 1.5? do i need to modify(internally) something to be able to use it?
my part number is

37820-rxt-x01.

I think it'd probably work, but you might get an engine light because certain expectations the auto ECU has won't be met, e.g. shift solenoids not being present.

Ozkar, if you haven't bought it yet, I recommend you just wait for the correct ECU to be available unless you're in a tight spot. It's not worth the hassle if you have a choice in the matter.

Here's a manual transmission ECU for GD Fits on Ebay for $90:

it is toasted, and i have been looking on the internet locally and haven't found one for a manual tranny, basically im on a dead end.

regarding the link you sent me to, do you think that ECU can or might work on my car since it has a different serial number?

done that, even tried the brazilian site (mercadolibre) and no luck yet, hopefully i might find one sooner or later. thanks for the link!

Ozkar I think it's worth a shot. That eBay link has free returns, so worst case scenario you mail it back and get your money back.

no luck, car didn't go above 2000 rpms and that part number belong to an automatic trans, i will keep looking and thanks!

did that man, mine drive by cable, no DDW fuse or relay under passenger side, still looking for this damn ECU

i really appreciate your help!

found an ECU in mexico city and it came with key, receiver and accesories, just plug and play and my car was alive!
thanks for helping me find a solution!
