Ecu reprogram

Hi everybody, i am going to update my ecu. Here in Mexico, somebody do the reprogram to the ecu, he said to me, that this will improve like 10 hp. I don't know the system or anything, only i know is something about sport chip. Did you recomend this. I have k&n intake, and headers.

THANKS

Yes, i see that hondata is the people who do the best reprograming ecu on honda, but this people is from sport chip company, they do reprograming ecu, for almost all cars, Volkswagen is the principal, but they have audi, honda, lamborghini, etc...

are you going to be their first reflash??? if they claim they have done more than just you... try to get in contact with the other fit people who have had this done. Unless you want to just try it anyway.... but i'm with fitted.... i wouldn't...

Well, the already programed ibizas, challenger, camaros, mustangs, jettas, golf, including accords and odysseys, but the fit, i think i am the first one here in mexico, i don't know other countries or cities. And these cars have a very good response including accord (06-07). And it's really expensive is $8500 pesos or $677 dollar more or less

i would contact other people that have had there reflash and see the results/reliablty and if its worth it, for $677 thats header/intake/axle back that you could yield 10hp

not worth it... even with intake and headers you wont make more than 4whp on a custom tune.

Bare in mind that eventhough they've done all these expensive cars, the ECU for them cars might be and most likely is different than the one fit has. I mean if they want to flash the cars they've done right before your eyes then they're just looking out for their business. In conclusion if they havent done a fit before, and you're asking to be the first to be done well no one is stopping you but i guess you're gonna be their guinea pig for FITs.

You will definitely not gain 20hp at the crank or the wheels with an intake or an exhaust on an NA 1.5L SOHC, tune or not unless you also rev out another 1.5k rpm, even then... maybe.

Hi, i have a header installed and kn filter, so with the exhaust system and intake mainfold, it's probably to gain that power. The exhaust give me only 3hp, but with the header aprox 10 hp, and the kn filter give me 6 hp, but with the intake mainfold aprox 12 hp. That's really good for a street car

Post dyno sheets before we start estimating whp gains.
