So my ECU is messed. My local dealer here in Canada said that if I buy used they can't program, but there's someone is US that can program my VIN. Also sometimes they work without needing anything at all, according to the dealer. Obviously this all sounds super f-ing crazy to me. Does anyone have any advice?

 

Also does anyone have any recommendations for places to have a used ECU reprogrammed with my VIN?
