Trying to diagnose. Car starts and runs. Pedal has minimal response when pressed. Doesn't matter of lightly pressed or to the floor it changes rpm to about 2,000 RPM and holds at that. I have one code for the Throttle Positioning Module. That has been changed and that code is still lighting. Butterfly does not open when pedal is pressed.
Car is pretty stripped at this point being turned into a racecar for asphalt track. Dash has been pulled and all interior is removed.
I'm just trying to make sure I am not missing a random ground that's attached to the tailights for some reason or something crazy.
Yeah, the angle is a bit awkward but that's the throttle body on the top-right of the picture. You'd probably also need to disconnectthe fuel line (the shiny bit with the green plastic thingy). The wiring loom is normally hidden in the black plastic channel as Doctor J said, and getting it out of it was the biggest pain in the ass. You could try testing for continuity first of course before ripping into it.

Awesome thank you. Any idea where this yellow goes to? Is that from ECU to throttle body's 6 pin connector?
I'm struggling quite a lot to track down this damn yellow wire. Please can someone advise based on the below photos where exactly it is? I have a Honda Jazz Auto 2005. The problems you describe are very similar to what I've been experiencing, combined with the occasional issue with a Transmission Speed Sensor (P0715).
If you could kindly direct me to the yellow/green wire, I will investigate.

Hey pal. The yellow wire that you're looking for is connected to the tps sensor that's on the left side of the throttle body in your second photo. I would advise checking continuity between that and where it goes. I don't want to point you in the wrong direction as I don't know where the other end is. Good luck. Happy hunting.
Ah brilliant. Did you have the same issue Jake and once fixed, no more shudder?
So funny story. When I made this post I was building a circle track car and had stripped the interior. Ended up unplugging and throwing the throttle positioning module behind the ecu. Car was fine after that.
That being said I did have a 2008 that had some nasty shutter at idle to a point it would stall until it warmed up. The cause of that was a serious valve adjustment problem. If you find the yellow wire seems fine and is getting power then I would check valves. Especially if they are quiet or very loud. The 1.5s are noisy when they are adjusted right but if they're quiet that's when it's a problem.
To be fair I do not know. I am a little more familiar with the 1.5 liter version in the us versions but this is very strange to me. Intake box is not the same and I just do not know man. I'm sorry.
Yeah the wire in that video is the one that was torn on my car too. If I remember it correctly it was actually in or near that box that was a pain to open up
I believe it's supposed to be +5V so you can just check if it's at +5 with the ignition on instead of trying to track down where it starts.
