Stuck rocker arm code p2646

I got this code, went to a mechanic paid them 170 to do a diagnostic, they told me I needed a new spool valve solenoid. I made this repair. Was a $220 part. But the code is still on and my engine still bogs down when accelerating. This did not fix the problem at all. What can I do? The car is an 07 Honda Fit sport automatic

I've been fighting this code for almost a year now. I ended up buying a new vtec solenoid and it fixed it for a bit. The thing is, my motor is VERY worn and eats oil. So the screen on the solenoid gets clogged pretty quick. So I have been having to clean the screen and change the oil quickly than usual (3,500 miles).

So if you have a new solenoid, here's what I would look at.
1) Oil is clean
2) Clear Code
3) Screen on solenoid is clean

Probably won't work on Fit, but just punching the screen (yea) worked on Prelude .
The car has been a piece of junk anyway.

I would check the wiring and the oil pressure switch from what I found searching.

If you wanted to test the solenoid itself, another member said this in an old thread; "Does solenoid click if you apply 4.5 volts to is terminals?"

I would try a different brand, if possible, as some new parts can be faulty out of the box. Also, that seems a little overpriced but I assume it's warrantied.
