Strange OBDII Code - Definition?

My Check Engine light came on this morning, and my Scan GaugeII reported a code of U0028. From my searches, I've determined that the "U" denotes a Network issue, which I guess has something to do with the car's computer. Can anyone tell me what this error code means and how I can fix it?

My Scan Gauge can't seem to clear the code, either.

I did some further research and found that U0028 means "Vehicle Communication Bus A". Some sort of communication problem. So I suppose my questipon changes to: Anyone know how to reset the computer?

I just started getting this code. I took it to an electrical specialist and he couldn't fix it. Suggested it might need a replacement ABS pump. Still trying to figure it out. But you've probably sold that car by now.
