Fit code error nobody can help!

I have a 2009 honda fit. I bought the car as a salvage. After having the car for 3 days and 300 plus miles the check engine light comes on. I take it to the dealership they cant find the problem. The code doesnt exist according to them. It came up as 001, the car runs fine. The car did come with an aftermarket backup sensor installed and somehow wired to the reverse on the transmission. He said this might be causing it or it might need a new computer, The dealer said they would not work on the car because it was a salvage title. I took it to a mom and pops garage they pulled the same code 001. They scratched their heads and told me to take it to a electrical shop to have them look at the way the back up sensor was wired. Any ideas, Has anyone had a similar problem with an undocumented code? I am new here, thanks in advance.

all obd11 codes are 5 digits so you should take it to autozone and get the code cause 001 can not be the right diagnostic trouble code

error code

i got err 2 code on the display, after talk to the dealer they also confuse and they suspected it causing by wrong wire placement since they locking on my additional gauge but the gauge are only battery meter and oil also water temp (but both of this gauge not yet online and wired).

the car is working as usual but it make me wondering also, then i call one of my friend thats expert on repairing the ECU system then he suggested to replace the (-) Negatif pole of the battery for at least 15 second then put it back, it will be reset the ECU if not it means the problem real on the car n actually there is different feeling with normal condition. coz i feel normal so i try it , if you feel also same normal may be you can tested.

My car is AT transmision with paddle shift, after reset the battery just check all system like turn signal, power wind, gear indication etc..

Discontent the neg terminal first, then the positive. Waite 15min, then re-connect in the reverse order - protect loose cable ends from sparks. This will reset the ECU. Three drive cycles will bring it up to date.
