Fun with sport
Ok so you cant leave an old racer alone with his car. My 2007 sport now is lowered about an inch with racing variable rear springs racing adjustable struts and she loves it. Yes I could have dropped it more but as set up she feels sweet to drive. I am running a Morrosso spiral flow 2 1/2 in and out just behind the cat and an Adams steel race muffler also 2 1/2 <-> at the rear for resonation adjusting. I kept the piping in between at 2 inch to maintain a good low end as well as solid top end. Of course I have an upgraded intake smog permitted though! upgrading the sound system right now, pain in the butt, but needed. By the way any of you done this and can you believe the crappy speakers in the doors?
@west coast fit Sounds good, Westie. Suspension mods are a dark art. Wish I had a smarty guy like you to advise me on some simple upgrades. Moolah is a concern, too. Maybe I'll get to it eventually.

Coffee, the parts didn't break the bank but crawling on my back and working the whole system into place (Some 3 pound sledge work was needed) now that was the tricky stuff! As you know our cars are designed well for interior space usage but from the underside the factory really didn't plan on me making changes from theirs. Did I mention I am in the process of upgrading the stock radio? I must say I was in shock at the cheap design Honda supplied for our speakers in these cars. The door speakers were plastic housings with rear magnets I would expect in a 60's transistor radio. the size of a quarter! I had to trim some metal from around the speaker opening to allow for my new speakers 40oz Magnets. Lastly some great advice here! If you ever are thinking of tackling the drivers door key lock system, slap yourself several times firmly and wake up before you go there! I know I should have!
