Good evening team, I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Fit for my mother. I purchased a low mile engine with 75k on a ticker, my technician swapped the old engine out and put in a new engine that I ordered for my mother. He's noticed that there is a wire connected from the ECM to the ignition coil! So the car will not start. What do you recommend I have him do in order to get the car running?

He downloaded the wiring diagram, and he's still trying to figure it out. The car has been with him for over 3 weeks now and he is still trying to figure the problem out.. should I just purchase a new ECM? Will that fix the problem? Any advise will be priceless I appreciate your help thank you..
