What Maintenace Would You Suggest?

Recently purchased a 2008 Fit with 150,000 miles. I've changed the engine oil and filter and the trans oil in the 5 speed and I know the spark plugs have just been changed. The car runs great and I'm getting good gas mileage. I've looked the car over pretty good and am not seeing anything obvious.

Can I get some suggestions for what kind of maintenance items I should be looking to do next and any priority items to do first?

Thanks in advance,
JimW

Brakes and tires. Hope that doesn't sound like I'm stating the obvious. But I like to spend time and money on brakes and tires. Maybe a little more than most.

Thanks for the reply's, I was thinking about the valve adjustment, do I have to replace any of the gaskets when I remove the valve cover and intake manifold? And while I have access any belts to be checked?

Front brake pads look good, haven't taken the drum off to check the rear shoes. Do the rear's really wear that much? And yes brake fluid flush is high on the priority list;

Thanks again for any insights,
JimW

You can also replace Transmission filter and pcv, clean/lubricate all locks. check and clean throttle body, idle relearn as needed. Check battery age and electrolyte level.
shocks and struts lasted me over 200k before needing replacement. Get under the car and look for leaks and inspect all that you can. Lastly get or borrow a good scanner
and have it auto scan, it will also tell you the recorded mileage in the ecu, which could be different than the odometer!

There is no transmission filter in the MT.
