***Installed CDV bypass, clutch pedal goes straight to the floor.***
Just finished installing the CDV bypass hose from Sebs on my 2008 Sport, went to bleed the clutch (I used a 1 man brake bleeder bottle with the hose from the bleeder screw submerged in brake fluid), I go to push the clutch in and it shoots straight to the floor and stays there.
Im thinking alright, ill manually pump the pedal with my hand to get some pressure built up... Nope, did this over 100 times and pressure wont start on the clutch pedal.
I pull out the vacuum bleeder and hook it up to the clutch slave screw and pull a vacuum and then crack the bleeder screw open, then close it just before vacuum is lost. I do this over 10 times and all i see is aerated fluid coming in the hose. I make sure the reservoir is topped off.
So I go to the reservoir and pull a vacuum on the supply port inside that feeds the clutch master... at first some bubbles came out then nothing. I check the pedal and it still goes straight to the floor.
My last resort is too apply pressure to the bleeder screw and see if any brake fluid leaks out but I also dont want too cause a leak doing this. I see no visible leaks inside at the firewall or where I broke the connections to install the CDV bypass hose.
Other than buying all new master and slave for this thing, im fresh outta ideas. This is my first honda fit, its got 123k miles if that matters. Im concerned that the clutch pedal wont build pressure at all, when it worked perfect before I replaced the hose.
Thoughts?
Thanks!

i had same issue bleeding clutch after CDV but it took 20-30 times to get ALL the air out. then again the kit i used is alot more comprehensive then SEB garage's kit (which only replaces half of it). my kit replaced the whole thing, from the reservoir all the way out to the slave cylinder on trans, so it was alot more fluid and air to deal w then SEB garage kit.
2006-2008 Honda Fit / Jazz Stainless Steel Clutch Line Complete Replac – Valex Racing
think i used these guys. seb's kit only goes half way and meets w factory hard line. this kit doesnt use ANY of oem lines and goes direct from reservoir to slave cylinder on the trans. it was a pain to inbut engagement feel is great.
