Wheel alignment, tyre wear, steering self-centering

I recently noticed that my front-left tyre has greater wear at the outside edge. The tyres are due for rotation anyway (which I've now done, front-and-back swap on each side only), which will likely be the last before replacement. I keep the tyres properly inflated, usually a little higher than spec. I also did a few DIY alignment measurements, and it seems the car has measurable toe-in at the front, and also slight positive camber (outward at the top) at the front. Seems to me this could explain the wear pattern. I've also found the steering on the car (a 2006 JDM GD1 Fit) to be almost laughably light (which I attributed to the electric power steering) and also poor at self-centering while driving forward.

So, should I try adjusting the front toe to be straight or even slightly toed-out? And is the front camber adjustable, and should I try to adjust that slightly negative? Would that be a reasonable strategy to try to even up the wear pattern and improve the steering self-centering? My driving patterns are non-sporty but seldom include straight-line highway drives. Thanks!

I also wondered if worn front coil springs could be an issue, and how I would go about checking that. Ride height, maybe?
