Torque specs (whoops, wrong bolt)

2008 Honda fit sport (GD3?)
I was trying to swap the coil packs today and accidentally unscrewed the wrong 10mm bolt. It has a rubber gasket built into the bolt. It is part of the valve cover? Anyone know the torque spec? See pic.

Also, can someone confirm the torque for the coil packs 10mm bolt? I saw 7.2 ftlb somewhere online, but it took closer to 20 to remove them and I think the Honda dealer just took them out recently during a diagnostic, so I want to double check.

Literally my first time working under the hood...
Thanks!

.

Update: This video said 7 ftlb for the coil pack bolts, and 8.8 ftlb for the valve cover. Can anyone confirm these torques?
