Engine clicking/ticking (did valve adjustment)

I have had my ‘08 fit sport (207k mi) for about a year and It has treated me well. About a month ago i noticed a loud ticking sound when idling (taken before adjustment but it still sounds the same:
),I have records back to 140k with no mention of valve work so I attempted a valve adjustment, everything went well except that two of the valve cover bolts were seized and snapped off so I had to take it to a shop, he fixed the bolts and checked the valves and said that all was good and he said I had done a pretty good job and he only had to do one small adjustment.

After getting the car back the ticking is still there, it almost sounds like it’s coming from the throttle body or around there, the sound is mostly only noticeable at idle and goes away when reved, the conditions it shows up in are also kind of weird.

after start/when cold: no
after driving for 5min/right after light turns off: yes
after driving for 20min or more: no

so it only shows up in a very specific temperature range which is what confuses me.
I should mention I also noticed recently my cooling system had air In it (due to water sloshing sound) because I was low on coolant so I drained the radiator and filled and bled the system, but I had never got an overheating light.

This is my first time posting on this form so sorry if the link doesn’t work I couldn’t figure out how to add the video. Thought I would post here before bringing back to mechanic.

Loose spark plug is my call! Like super loose.

also you seem to have an exhaust leak or some kind of vacuum leak.

Thanks for the tip, I will try to check the plugs but when i was doing the valves I tried to remove a coil pack and the bolt snapped so im pretty sure the others will snap too which is why im avoiding it.
Someone on reddit may have solved my issue but magically now the clicking mostly went away so i cant test it, His idea was that it was the EVAP purge valve and im pretty sure hes right because when i unplug it I can tell there is clicking coming from It and the other symtoms track with it being that.

Thanks yes I know, my exhaust split in half at the resonator, currently held together with hose clamps but I will fix it once i square up this issue.

A loud ticking on a high-mileage ‘08 Fit is pretty common, and in many cases it’s related to valve clearance getting out of spec or normal top-end wear rather than anything catastrophic. These engines are known to get a bit noisier over time, especially at idle when oil pressure is lower. If the sound didn’t change after adjustment, I’d also consider things like low oil viscosity, slightly clogged VTEC solenoid screen, or even an exhaust manifold leak that mimics a “ticking” noise. Since it’s consistent at idle, I’d start by ruling out oil condition and checking for any small exhaust leaks before digging deeper. The L15A sometimes sounds like a sewing machine and that's normal. It's the fuel injectors/solenoids ticking and it's often most noticeable when I've driven in cold weather and stop and idle. You could check it out by putting a stethoscope on the injectors. Mine's been ticking for 285K miles despite OCD valve adjustments and I've learned to live with it. I can't tell you how many Fit owners have driven themselves crazy trying to get it to go away.
