you forgot to mention that the GE8's softer suspension from factory makes it slightly less nimble than the GD3 too

of course, aftermarket upgrades will make a world of difference - in which case i have no doubt in my mind that the more rigid GE8 would out handle a GD3 with the same amount of suspension work.

I can't believe you guys are doing this....if it's all for laughs, why not make one to Bash GDs as well? after all, we are going to share this place with other fit owners as well, no one is better then another.

many people who thinks GD3 looks ugly, but came back to the fit world because they think the GE8 looks hot, we should thank GE8 for opening the fit world to a wider audience. We should unit instead of making fun of each other......

I just really hope this place doesn't turn into just another "one" of this car forums...I'm sure you guys know which ones I'm talking about....

I know I know, a sense of humor, but even the humor in this thread, is in bad taste.

I really didn't like the new fit when I first saw the pictures, but when I saw one in person, I was really suprised at how nice it is, even tho I wouldn't trade in my GD3 for anything, I wouldn't mind getting a GE8 neither.

It just hurts me to see a nice community split apart. If you really don't like the new fit, you should try to appreciate the good things about it, because if nothing else, it will just make your life easier, after all, this is a fit forum, and GE8 just came out...GD lasted 8 years....

i think its okay to make fun of people in a creative way. if the GE8 owners started a GD photoshop thread, id look at it and id probably laugh. if you cant laugh at yourself, what can you laugh at. no one should take themselves too seriously.

 

if there were a GE up thread, i would also post anti-GD pics in there as well.

haha the one thing i dont get is the usb cord in teh glovebox... as if, 1. the stock radio can change songs on your mp3 player, and 2. it wont even fit a ipod... or zune... pointlesssss... on a side note we got our first 09 civic today... sweet wheels... but for 25g you might as well buy an accord

 

ummm, the head unit can change the songs on the ipod and yes, if you have the right adapter, it will hook up to a nano, zune, etc (it is a female USB connector)
