I'm sorry to hear this. I feel your pain. I we could install a Frank Castle alarm system on our cars but there are too many lawyers.

That's actually a bad idea. The thieves have rights you know.

Rotas are stolen more then OEM Honda wheels. You cant point out YOUR Rotas out at a car meet/show, you can sell them quick because everyone wants them, and you can sell them cheap.

Stealing OEM Honda wheels is nothing new. It happens daily.
The hype started in 1998 on Integra Ls, then got real big in 2000 on the Civic Si's.

Locks dont do anything as you can order the key from Honda with ease.
From what I know there probably 5 different keys and thats it. If you dont have a key locks are easy to remove with the right socket and hammer.

An alarm is best. Get one with tilt sensors. Theyre mercury filled sensors that trigger the alarm.

sorry to hear

makes you want to go after civic owners who have them...or start a rumor on civic boards about a civic getting torched b/c of having Fit rims...counter tactics
I like the tilt alarm system...but likely$$$$$$

Does anyone most of the FIT wheel thefts are performed by thieves with the 5 master keys or most of them are using brute force socket and hammer?

Same happened here, woke up one morning to find my car supported by a $20.00 jack. they took only two wheels because I was parked really close to the sidewalk. I see a lot of old Civic's with Fit wheels all over Brooklyn, yup probably stolen from one of our cars.
