I feel the pain. These guys go bonkers over OEM gear, I had the factory CD player stolen out of my GSR while it was in the garage getting built; and early last year I had my freshly built Turbo GSR stolen right out of my driveway in the middle of suburbia. The kicker is that when they stole her I had taken the battery and plug wires out because I was leaving on vacation the next day and figured if they couldn't get it started they would leave her be, boy was I wrong. Rather large chunk of money gone...but that is also how I ended up in my fit!
