one low beam headlight out

The low beam of the right head light is out but the left one works. Both of the high beams work fine. Can anyone help?

Yes change the bulb but I would recommend changing both bulbs so you'll get the same beam of lights. Also while you're in the process, try not touching the glass part of the bulb.
