Headlight Burn Out

It was drizzling this morning on the way to work, so I decided to turn on my headlights and fog lights. Once I came to an intersection and stopped behind an SUV, I noticed that my passenger headlight wasn't working. When I turned my headlights off, the passenger daytime-running light was working (Which uses the high beam filament). Does this mean that the low beam filament has burned out or is there an electrical probably that I can fix? Or should I just replace the bulb? Thanks in advance.

Yes, I would think most likely the low beam filament in the passenger headlight bulb burned out. You can remove the bulb and confirm before buying a new one.

had this problem a year after switching to sylvania siver star... just changed the bulb and everything was fine... so yes it's only the bulb you have to change

i had this happen only in both lights where only the high beams were working. Turns out it was a faulty switch that was shorted out and needed to be repaired. Covered under warranty throguh honda.
