Headlight replacement issues...

Howdy! Fit Freak newbie here. I'm having an issue with my headlight, and I was wondering if anyone has some advice for me...
So the passenger side low beam headlight bulb on my wife's 2015 Fit burnt out. She attempted to change it herself and got as far as removing the coupler, but couldn't get the weather seal off and she gave up. She drove the car for 3 days with the coupler unattached before she asked me to change it. So I change the bulb, the new bulb works fine. But I notice the driver's side low beam bulb is also out.
I remove the driver side bulb to inspect it, and it's not burnt out at all, filament still very intact. So I think, OK, it's a fuse issue! Maybe the fact she was driving around with the coupler unattached caused a fuse to go. I check all the relevant fuses: In the engine compartment fuse box numbers 1 (Main Low Beam), 32 (Right Low Beam), and 33 (Left Low Beam). But they are all fine. There's no error message or anything coming up about a blown fuse either.
Why is this headlight not working? Could the bulb be inoperable despite looking completely fine? Is there another fuse that could be the culprit?
