90,000
07 Sport/AT 174,000 miles (278,000 Kms)
Oil changes and recommended maintenance as per the MM. I usually get 8000 miles between reminders.
I've had a few problems with the fit but overall I've been pretty happy with it considering the mileage.
My main complaint is I've had to replace 6 coil packs. I'm convinced the coil packs are overheating as the misfire usually starts in hot weather.
Rotors and tires replaced at 60,000 and 120,000 miles. I put winter tires on last winter and was surprised how much more grip I had in cold weather. I have Yokohama Avids on now and I like the cornering grip but they are a bit noisier at speed.
I recently replaced the EGR valve. I'm guessing this isn't a common replacement yet as it took a week to get the part.
The rest are all related to highway driving and mileage. Cracked windshield, 3 cracked fog lights (1 replaced), repainted hood, worn drivers side carpet.
The only mod I'm considering is an adjustable lumbar support. The seats lack any kind of lumbar support and I find I need more as the day goes on.

Most of the dealership will charge you high $$$. I did my valve adjustment myself. It hurt my back and it took me about 5 hours to do it but it was worth the effort.
How is the Fit doing after 100k miles? Also can you list all the maintenance that you did? I'm thinking of replacing my spark plugs. Thanks.
Heed, you have more mile than me by only a few thousand. As of today I am at 169,500 miles and this Friday will make 4 years since I got it. Only had a rotor bearing problem back before 100K. But just this week my AC has started to only work intermitently. Luckily it is the winter.
I will turn over 145,000 this Thanks Giving weekend...
I've adjusted the valves, replaced the cabin filter, replaced the spark plugs and had the ATF changed out every 60,000-miles (100,000-km).
At 120,000-miles I replaced the suspension with a Mugen 5-way.
I travel over the Appalachian Mountains every other weekend, so I spend a good hour at WOT and at red line...I'm doing 80-mph over the mountains! I drive it like I stole it...that is why I do the maintenance like I do. I change the oil, filter and drain plug seal and rotate the tires every 5,000-miles.
Not scheduled repairs: A/C condenser...the rocks beat the shit out of it! And I had the front rotors replaced twice under waranty...I've had the 16" accessory wheels on from day one. I replaced them with ITR front discs and calipers...problem solved!
No nicks in the wind shield...ever! But I did hit a hudge pot hole one in Indianapolis...I had to replace two wheels and tires...
I had both of the electrical recals fixed...no charge, or pain...

wife's 08 sport, picked up december 07, just turned 64k. gotta go pick it up. just got the oil changed and trans fluid changed (manual). we bought floormats so those are wearing, but the carpet is fine. cheap investment from the sound of it. it is developing a slight hesitation which i'm pretty sure is from the EGR.. one cracked fog light.
128,000km on my 08 fit sport.
Oil changes and maintenance as per MM. I can't believe how solid it still feels. The suspension feels a bit softer but no squeaks or rattles.
Mostly highway driving but have been through some pretty extreme environments. Did the trans-labrador highway a couple months ago(1000km of gravel/sand/mud).
Started it once at -47 celsius without being plugged in.
On my third set of tires. Original brakes, one broken fog light and original windshield.
Very happy so far. Car is paid for and runs great. Plan to keep it till the rust eats it.
