Does anyone know anything about the POS sport radio for 08 other than "200" watts? Frequency response etc? I want some number to compare to aftermarket units.

 

I don't know any of the stock #'s other than 180 Watts of total power. The clarity, treble, and loudness isn't bad for the stock system. The Bass is what's sorely lacking.

 

usually factory stereos are like 20-25w max per channel but they add up the speaker RMS and think its the overall average power.

the HU is wat is lacking on the GD's... get a nice HU and some EQ and you get PLENTY of bass.... well, plenty for me. probably not enough for bassheads.
