OK - I am seriously reconsidering the intake thing and looking at JDM Dry Carbon Power Chamber. I have the CF manifold cover already and I just love the way that thing looks - I show my Honda in local car shows and I
know that the judges are going to go nuts with this thing under the hood
plus it appears to give you some slight gains and I don't have to worry about hydrolocking the engine. I know the battery has to be relocated.

Please anyone who owns one or has any experience with having one on your GD3 - Please post up your complaints or satisfaction with it.

Are you referring to the Password JDM one? If so I would recommend going with the T1R one in place of it. The T1R is a better all around intake.

 

Yes it is the JDM Power Chamber - I know there were some issues when it first came out but I would like to know if anyone has had a problem with them breaking or failing. Do you have a picture of the T1R on your car that you could post for me?

Yeah I would get the T1R one too. The Password JDM one will cost double the price, you have to relocate your battery with their kit and get a oddesy batter. I think the password jdm set up would run you 600+ there's a pic of my bay in this link:

I dont have it on my car actually, but here is a pic. There shouldnt be a problem with the PWJDM intake as far as quality wise, the T1R is just a better intake and alot cheaper, since you dont have to relocate or buy the smaller odyssey battery.

 

That looks pretty nice but I am a little worried about the wires going over the top. Is that the normal set up for this intake? I really like the looks
of it and especially that it doesn't require the tiny battery - I am hearing that is a problem also. The only thing with those wires running over the intake is that even those these are neatly contained - the judges at shows would not like those in the bay because it just doesn't look clean.

Those wires are not part of the intake system. They are a battery grounding set. So no worries about that.
