I did an accidental burn out at a stop light today, due to a wet foot and bare metal clutch pedal. Got some looks from people thinking I'm crazy.

Saw a red GD yesterday. It had a Jazz badge on it, but I didn't see much else.

Washed my Fit yesterday. Snapped this pic this morning when i got back from walking my dog.

 

Henh where did you find the rear mud flaps? They look good on your car.

 

They look like oem mud flaps. He has no rear lip it looks like. I had those before I took them off.

 

Washed and vacuumed my Fit today.

Tomorrow is a day off for me, so I'll be in the garage making sure its good to go for the winter, and then working on my truck.

I'm camming the truck, and I can't wait.

 

They are the oem mudflaps the front ones broke off a while back and I never replaced them.

 

Finished, well 99%, of my stereo upgrade. Good thing I did it today b'cuz we've been getting some cold weather lately and I didn't have the temp controls buttoned up but now I'm ready. A/C tested, and it's good and cold. Heat tested, and it is nice and warm. Stereo tested and it's loud and clear.

Originally a 06 V6 Silverado, now its got a GMC front end, and a 6.2 Vortex Maxx from a newer donor.

Truck's at the tuner, other than the cam, its got support mods for the head and stock from the headgasket down, but a set of LTs and full exhaust.

It's just a standard cab, shortbed 2wd. I bought it cheap, went to the junkyard looking for a new motor since it was blown when I bought it, couldn't resist the 6.2 in a newer truck, within 2 days the motor was in the truck. It's my toy, since the Fit is the DD.

Aside from my motor being in a truck and being iron(I think) its pretty similar to the new CTS-V and ZR1 block. Once this tune is done, going to get a time in before winter, if any strips are still open

Nothing to the Fit today but my truck made 492 whp.

I wish my Fit made half that. But thanks to some idiot in an SUV, the truck needs a new tailgate and tail light. Sigh, I was literally 1500ft away from home.

 

I originally had the JDM red emblem in the rear. I'm going to swap that with the red J's Racing emblem. It looks basically the same but when it's dark I can switch on the LED's.
