can you guys tell me what insurance companies would offer rates as mentioned above??
We live in Canada, that's why it's so expensive.

Are you male ? If so, young males in Ontario pay more than young females. Also, Honda's are one of the most expensive to insure.

My brother looked into brand new Honda Civics. He called to get quotes before he purchased it. They wanted over $300/month for insurance (he's 22).

He called then about a brand new Nissan Sentra SE-R (not the regular models); and it was just over $200/month for full coverage.

He's moving to Ottawa in the fall, and the insurance company told him the insurance would be cheaper with his move.

Insurance depends on your age, the model of vehicle, and your location.

That's why he didn't even go test drive a Honda. He didn't want the extra expense in insurance.

wow $408 a month? I have you beat with $315 a month just for my fit. I have never had a suspended license, but had alot of tickets. 12 tickets over a period of 12 years. now my insurance on my 1978 porsche 930 is $578 a year. my friend Jaan drives a 2008 Pagani Zonda R Clubsport and his insurance is $3200 a year. which is wierd cause my fit isn't nearly as fast as a pagani and costs less.

Ditto, mine is about 55$ per month. Hehehe.

Ps: is anyone else wondering why this thread became more of a competition on who gets the most ripped off out of these insurance companies instead of the other way around? Hahaha.
