So last night i was chillin at my cousins house for like two hours or so & when i came to my car to go home. I found my mirror pushed the opposite way from what it was supposed to fold. As i come outside to look i find my mirror cracked! So i pushed it back to it's normal position & tried to see if the motor still works to move the mirror, it moves left to right but not up & down. Can anyone tell me what you think is wrong? there's also a crack where all the wires go through (the mount that's connect to the door under the mirror)

 

Sounds like Criminal Property damage to me!!! Somebody obliviously banged your mirror while they where going forwards and did not have balls to notify you.... or at the very least leave their pertinent information on your window wipers so that you could contact them later so that "they" can pay for it to be repaired.
I hope you filed a report with the H.P.D.

Naw it's more like someone kicked my mirror & yeah I fiked a report.

 

That's what i thought at first, but i really looked at it & it looked like someone kicked it.

Seriously???? That hurts! I just had a hit and run muself too where an idiot scraped the bumper on the passender side. It makes me install a survailance system for idiots that don't have dicency and respect for nice cars!
