Can it be done? Has anyone tried? Am I nuts for having a third kid and thinking we can cram them into the fit? I tried searching but no help. Any input will be great. its a 2008 btw.

 

I certainly wouldn't think it's possible, but I've only tried 1 car seat. :P The Fit isn't very wide.

 

Well I have 2 of them in there now. I have heard if you use narrow seats it can be done. Just wondering if anyone has actually tried.

 

Yes. I have an 07 sport and I have two seats in it right now, but my brother in law put the 3 booster seats he has for his kids in it with room to spare. He's measured his seats and they require 51 inches to fit, so it's even wider than a new golf in the back. I'm not sure about the carrier seats and the base, but booster seats work.

 

I believe exercise + good diet, and if need be Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers etc. will do the trick

 

I suppose a lot would depend on the seat. How old are the kids? The older one(s) might be able to graduate to a booster which could take up less room. We cram a car seat, a booster seat, and my 5'7" 13 YO in the back seat on trips.

 

I think it's kinda impossible man...Not sure though...
