High Mileage Odometer Pics?

Anyone have some high mileage pics to show so I can re-assure my fit will last me much much longer?

I don't have a pic to show but mine is sitting at 65,102 tonight

That's a couple of weeks ago. I'm now at 102k. I average about 1k mi/10 days just for the drive to and from work.

100 mi/day then, not bad. That doesn't include the weekend and honey-do trips. Good to know your Fit's still kickin' it and doing the job. Plan on keepin' mine past 100k... EOL...

well, for my 2007 fit we turned 148,000 miles on Sunday. She'll probably break 150k by the end of September. I got her and started driving her Jan 2010. There was about 115k miles on her at time of purchase. The '89 civic I use to drive has 348k miles on her, still running too.

It's amazing how long cars last nowadays. When perusing Craigslist for a used car for my son, they all seemed to have 190K and up. I remember when I was growing up, a car with 80,000 was considered pretty high mileage.

Do you still have the Civic?

I had a 1988 olds 98 regency that had 180,000 when i bought it and it was one of my most reliable cars i've ever owned next to my fit and belive me i worked that car and she never failed me once only when the egr crapped out which was a 120 dollar fix

yes, my family still has the civic. though we're currently working on getting it ready to sell...at least potentially.

I've been told that a Honda engine is broken in when it hits 100k miles.

You must have one heck of a commute. The '89 Civic of yours, original engine? no major engine rework/overhaul? Amazing... Nice to know.
