2003 Jazz engine swap?

Hi.

Just wondering what I would need to change the engine from the DSI 1339CC engine i have to the L15A1 engine you have in the US. I only have 83hp on the jazz now, would like to get a little bit more than that. The L15A1 is about 100-110hp or something? What about torque?

I am happy with my CVT transmission, would i need to modify it? Or do I need to change that as well?

I am guessing the L15A1 uses a bigger cat, and the exhaust manifold also needs changing. Of course with all the work and stuff i am thinking about adding some new cat back exhaust and a decent air intake (druling over the Injen CAI).

Is there any benefit at all to change the hood and trunk lid? Is it more work than gain? And what about seats? Does it really make a big difference in weight?

I was looking at the prices of newer cars, and after looking at my pay and all the bills i get, it seems like a better deal to just "renew" my beloved Jazz :-)
More value for money it seems.

Edit:
Not really interested in body kits, i want to have a "stock" appearance. No sense in pretending it's a jet fighter.
