First of all, I don't know much about cars. About a week ago I started having headlight issues, primarily I was driving on the highway at night and all the sudden my regular headlights stopped working. After pulling over they came back on after a few seconds but it happened again every 20 minutes. Now my regular headlights have been working but my brights wont work at all. I have only had this car for 4 months and I saw that there was a recall because of headlight issues. I typed my vin into the Honda site and it told me my car was already repaired for the recall. From what I could find though it seems the problem was more about regular headlights than the brights. Can anyone tell me if it sounds like a recall issue, a lights need replacing issue, a fuse issue, or something else? And is it something I can repair myself?

 

when you mention brights, do you mean your highbeams?

 

also try swapping lightbulbs to see if its your bulbs.
