Fog light Lens
No one makes or sells replacement glass fog light lenses for the Fit. The DIY threads concern making replacement lenses out of Lexan sheet plastic (polycarbonate plastic). Unfortunately, polycarbonate distorts and melts easily with heat. Fog light bulbs produce a lot of heat.
The cheapest replacement fog lights are sold on eBay, and I got one that is an exact copy of the stock fog light. But be careful- some eBay vendors sell Fit fog lights with cheap plastic lenses. Egreen Auto Parts was the eBay vendor where I bought my replacement light, and the price was around $75.00- again, it is an EXACT copy of the stock Honda part at lower cost.
The impact resistant lens shield kits from Headlight Armor here on the forums give you a perfect fit and are easy to apply, especially with the fog lights removed from the grille area.

Just ordered me some replacements from here - 2009-2010 Honda Fit Fog Light - Pair (Both Driver and Passenger Sides) - AutoLightsBulbs.com. Using the Google checkout you save $10. Here are the ones on ebay from egreenautoparts- 09-11 Fit Fog Light Lamp Left Factory Installed | eBay. They're $85 apiece, so $25 more than if you buy the pair from autolightsbulbs.com (maybe one too many "S" in their name???
). Trisk said the egreenautoparts replacements are exact copies w/ glass lenses, and the "interchangeable part no." on the ebay listing matches that of the autolights part no. so I'm pretty confident these will be great. Also ordered the headlight armor clear film with these. I won't put brand new glass fogs back on my car w/o this stuff on it!
Also found these - http://www.carparts.com/details/Hond...ph107519981352, but they are plastic, and after taking one of my fog lights out and comparing them w/ the picture, the fitment looked a little iffy. Went ahead and spent the extra money on the full replacements just to be safe.
Grand total of $179.05 to replace the fogs and put the headlight armor on. I'm happy.
