Car buying advice for 2007 Honda FIt Sport

Hi everyone

I am in the middle of buying a 2007 Honda Fit Sport. It has 134,000 miles on it, yet seems to drive great. It has a clean carfax report. My mechanic is checking it out for me as we speak. Here are my questions:

1) is $4600 about right for this car?

2) what specific questions should I be asking about maintenance?

3) any other advice?

Thanks

Check Kelley Blue Book...

If you check Kelley Blue Book online, it looks like $4,600 is within reason.
Even though my Fit is over 6 years old, I still think of my 2007 SSM GD3 5AT as a new car. To tell you the truth, I was a bit shocked to see that the resale price was that low.

FWIW I've found that the values at KBB.com are kinda optimistic (high)

The lower price is probably because 134K is higher-than-average mileage. Doesn't mean the car is bad, though.

I'd pay $4600 in a second if the car is clean.
