first of all, sorry if there is such thread already, but searched the forum thoroughly and didn't manage to find anything. Have a Honda Jazz 2005. The problem I have is with the front passenger door and a rattling noise coming out of it which makes me wanna smash the whole door. The noise comes from the top right corner of the panel. When I press the corner firmly, the noise dissapears, it's strange since it's appearing when the weather gets colder. Have done the first half of sounddeadning to this door, Silent coat on the outer side of this door, the noise dissapeared for about 3-4 days, then appeared again. After dismantling the door for applying the sound deadning I examined every possible part that can make the noise...didn't find anything! The second stage of soundeadning will include isolator foam on the inner side of the door, but just want to eliminate this rattling and mind blowing noise!

Will appreciate if you can give me some guidances or solutions!

Loose window in window channel?

 

as a matter of fact, when the window is lowered about say 1-2 cm (say an inch) the noise stops. after continue to lower it down the noise appears again. if this is it, how it should be repaired?
